All client information is securely stored in a password - Protected , encrypted Electronic medical Record( EMR) system. Access is restricted to authorized personnel at Aesthetics by Kay. Information may be shared with Medical Director/ Nurse Practitioner as a part of assessment, prescribing, medical oversight and follow ups.
